Title

I am trying to decided on a title for my new Walk with God. I am think of doing a Zoegirl song for the title. Here are the titles I am thinking of and why I think they are good titles:

Reason to Live

The reason I live is to worship God and to tell others about God, but lately I haven't worshiped God by praying, by reading the Bible and telling others about Him. I need to make Him the only reason I live.

Dead Serious

I am dead Serious about what I am doing, I am not playing games, and I am letting everyone now that I am doing this. I am not trying to hide what I am doing.

You Get Me

I now that God gets me, He understands me completely and this walk that I am doing with Him will let me now Him better.

Inside Out

I am letting God change me from the inside out, I am not pushing Him away. I am letting change me, even if that means doing things I have never done before, standing up for what I believe, even if it means going against what everyone says.

Those are my titles, please tell me which one you think is best for my New Walk With God.

My life Devoted to You

Lately I haven't been listening to God, I've been on Facebook too much, been reading to many books(not the Bible, I have only been reading the Bible for school) haven't been praying and in all, haven't been devoted to God. I have realised that something has been wrong the last couple of weeks but haven't figured out what it was. Yesterday I started reading Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris, and have been motivated to do something about what I have been reading about. Today I talked to my Mom about it, and finally realised that my problem was that I wasn't as close to God as I needed to be. So today I have decided that I was going to take a break from Facebook, I am going to stop reading non-school books, except anything that will help me with my walk with God, Pray every morning, read the Bible more often and study the Bible.

I went to Acquire the Fire last month, and it really motivated me, but when I got home after it, I went back into the same old routine. One thing that stood out at me was something Ron Luce said, he said to make God something you NEED in your life not something that you not something that you put on the shelf for when you want to use it. Make God in the center of your life, something that you can't live without!!! I haven't been doing that.

Today I am going to make GOD in the center of my LIFE, not something that I am going to put on the shelf to use when I need or want it. I am going to put HIM in my LIFE, so that I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HIM!

Here are some verses that are my favorite and are motivating me:

Proverbs 4:26-27 "Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.Turn not to thy right hand nor to your left hand:remove thy feet from evil"

John 3:16 "For God so LOVED the WORLD, that He gave His ONLY begotten SON, that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE"

Sorry I haven't blogged anything!!! Nothing really exciting has happened, until now!!!!!Yes I said Cancun, Mexico!!!!! My Family is taking me at the end of may.i will post pics after I get back so you all can see my vacation!!!! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited!!! It is beautiful!!! I just wanted to tell you all!!!!

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I haven't blogged lately!! Last month I had winter brake and I started school Monday. It's nice to back in school(I LOVE School!!!). My Christmas was GREAT!!!!! I have been crocheting lately!!!!!!!!!! I love it, I am making a afghan!!! I have been reading new books like: Do Hard Things by Alex and Brett Harris, The O'Malley Series By Dee Henderson. I LOVE them and I LOVE reading!! I Loved New Years, I had fun hanging with my Family, we played Wii, and watched the ball fall. It was lots of fun!! I LOVE watching the Rose Day Parade!!!!!! It was so cool!!!!Happy 2009!!!
